If you don't visit Martha's site regularly, you wouldn't know that she has a clever "idea of the day" (see top right of her website). It's worth checking out. They're all super easy, why-didn't-I-think-of-that type things, like today's:

from OXO. Although it's not one of Martha's, I love having the little plastic container on the bottom to catch everything. It makes clean-up a breeze.
