Watermelon Picking

Sorry for the lack of posts for the last week or two, but we were in the process of moving. In the meantime, here's Martha's tip on how to pick the perfect watermelon ... good timing!

“Check the rind when picking watermelons. It should be matte, not glossy. Also, the bottom should be cream colored.”
